Why is this wood boiler for sale? Because the owner didn't listen to expert advice. The advise was that a wood boiler needs to be undersized.
The output of this boiler is 90,000 BTU per Hour. So you would need a house where the needed BTU is higher than 90,000 BTU.

Anyway, this boiler was put in a house where only 60,000 BTU's are needed. Needless to say, the boiler performed as designed. Where does the excess BTU's go? Through the roof! There it melts the snow which runs down the roof and than the water freezes at the bottom of the roof creating an ice dam. Which in turn leads to a leaking roof. Took almost a year to figure this out.~
